Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy governs cancellations, refunds, and billing matters relating to services provided by Hosting Nigeria.

Due to the nature of web hosting, domain registration, software licensing, and third-party service costs, all payments made to Hosting Nigeria are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Hosting Nigeria’s sole discretion and only where we determine that exceptional circumstances exist. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, software licenses, VPS services, dedicated servers, cloud services, setup fees, third-party services, and other non-recoverable costs are strictly non-refundable.

Hosting Nigeria reserves the right to deny, reduce, or withhold any refund where services have been provisioned, consumed, customized, abused, suspended, terminated for policy violations, or where non-recoverable costs have been incurred.

By purchasing any Hosting Nigeria service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any applicable service-specific terms.
