How to Forward an Email Address in cPanel
Email forwarding allows you to automatically send incoming messages from one email address to another. This feature is useful if you want to receive emails from multiple accounts in a single inbox without having to log in to different email accounts.
Follow the steps below to set up email forwarding in cPanel.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel
Access your hosting account and log in to your cPanel dashboard.
Step 2: Open the Forwarders Tool
In the Email section, click on Forwarders.

On the next page, click Add Forwarder.

Step 3: Configure the Email Forwarder
Enter the required details to create the forwarding rule.
Address to Forward

Enter the email username you want to forward.
For example, if your email address is:
myemail@example.com
Enter only:
myemail
in the field provided.
Domain
If you manage multiple domains in your hosting account, select the appropriate domain from the drop-down menu.
Destination
Under the Destination section, select Forward to Email Address.
Then enter the email address where you would like to receive the forwarded messages.
Example:
- Source email:
myemail@example.com - Destination email:
yourname@gmail.com
All emails sent to myemail@example.com will automatically be forwarded to the destination email address.
Step 4: Create the Forwarder
Click Add Forwarder to save your settings.

Once the forwarder has been created, cPanel will display a confirmation message indicating that email forwarding is active.
